These games that I'm going to talk about is not healthy by any means, it has tons of microtransaction and huge pile of ads but if we only focus on the game and only the gameplay itself, it's kinda a really nice game
5. Merge Camp
Ever heard of Animal Crossing? Yes, that game with chibi talking humanoid animals (or furries if you prefer popular term) Imagine that game, combined with merging genre. The result is not that bad, the game has that summer vibe to it, you might not acting as a mayor but you still had to build your animal friend houses, camp, beaches or even outdoor ovens. The gameplay of the merging itself is using the most common gameplay in merging genre where there will be generated task tha when you completed it you will earn yourself a few gold coin that progressively become worthless but for the first 30 minute of gameplay is fun enough. There is not so much notable stuff in the game, maybe it's the productive item recharge time is faster than most merging games. The icon of the items is very cute too.
4. Zoo Merge
This one is surprises me, not so many people knew about this game, trying to find the gameplay on YouTube is also hard. The game catches my intention because of the cute 3d environment, It does not what I expected but it's still not so bad either, the gameplay fairly the same like most merging genre, it's using generated side quest to earn gold. But this game has the most annoying progression blocking ever, you had to watch 5 ads just to unlock a slot, I don't know it could be higher too, but put that aside, this is a really nice game, a lot of feature like pet, collecting garbages custom properties and seasonal events too, it's unlocked very early in the game.
3. Merge Mayor
Okay this game is really good, the only bad side of the game is it doesn't give inventory feature early, you had to grind a little bit more to unlock it. The good side is this game has gorgeous 3d city environment with some citizen moving around the city, its also has interesting story, even tho I know it's very linear story but still entertaining enough. The game is using normal quest to progress, it doesn't have any generated side quest to earn gold, instead you are grinding through the main quest, and you can also sell your item for gold too.
2. Mergest Kingdom
Okay the only landscape game on this list, kinda surprising too but this is kinda older game than most of this list but still going strong to this day, and it using big map as a board so you had to unlock certain areas to make merging process more easily unlike the other game on this list using inventory feature. The game has a ton of items variant, they also had some enemy boss that will drop another new items. The item looks really clean too, especially the building items, it feels like you are playing strategy economic games. Oh and also this game has autobattle too.
1. Medieval Merge
I'm sorry this might be bias, but Medieval Merge is the best merging game on Android right now, it has really nice blocky art style (especially the old version which the character portrait were blocky as well but wtv) This game was my first merging game I enjoyed so it has special place in my heart, the game really feels so alive especially when you moving around the town you will see the character is also following you, it's also has decent story with dark Grimm art style, I really like it, the gameplay itself is using standard merging gameplay, no side quest, all the quest are main quest, you mainly earn gold by leveling up or get gifts, because you don't really need gold other than to buy items. Unlike most merging game, you just had to give certain items to progress, not paying some gold coin. This game also has banger soundtrack too and seasonal events.
That's all folks, my version of top 5 merging game on Android, I really like merging games but you gotta know time when playing this type of game because it's really big waste of time, soo addictive, but that's it, stay hydrated see you on the next post, byee..
